Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. I pedaled an exercise bicycle as usual.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムで低酸素トレーニングをしました。いつものようにエクササイズバイクをこぎました。

Today My SpO2 never went down under 85%. Next time I may be able to try harder a little.
今日は酸素飽和度が85%を下回ることはありませんでした。次回はもう少しきつめにできるかもしれません。

By the way, this is my 700th original post. It is thanks to your support and encouragement that I have been able to continue working out and posting on Steemit. Thank you all so much!!
