I would like to develop my English ability as a future work and communication tool.
Recently, since you can easily listen to native voice on Youtube, I'd like to make use of it. (I can listen and listen even while working ...)
If you know a Youtube channel recommended for studying English.

I tried listening test in this site(http://www.examenglish.com/leveltest/listening_level_test.htm)
and I get this score(following picture).
I think I'm not good at listening...
I have used something on youtube for Japanese called Easy Language. You will find the same for English as well, but the content is limited. I think your level is good enough to consume any kind content and not something only aimed at language learners. Pick a TV series or a movie that you enjoy and see how it goes. Try to get it with English subtitles.
I learned some english at school , it wasn t that good , so I started to watch English tv shows , American football games and stuff like that , its more fun than watching stuff that is only created to learn english. So you are willing to spent much more time on it.

I saw live video about global news. but it don't fascinate me and I coudn't concentrate it...

You should watch talk shows like Jimmy Fallon, Conan, or Ellen. Very conversational, every day English. You can turn on subtitles by clicking CC at the bottom.
