土筆のキンピラ

@ringorinさんが土筆の写真をアップされてたのを見て、土筆が食べたくなりました！

で早速散歩に出かけてみると

う〜ん微妙

オオイヌノフグリやホトケノザなど最近見てなかった草花を見つけることができ、春を感じました！

もう少し歩いているとキレイな土筆発見できました

なので袴を取ってよく洗い

ごま油で炒めて

砂糖と醤油で味付け

ご飯のお供に最適です！
