I hope you are able to enjoy the festival with the cherry blossoms! I have heard that the cherry blossoms really add to the festival spirit a lot. :)

      Case by case. Inuyama and also Tokyo usually see the cherry blossoms in April. However, it bloomed faster than every year. And it will bloom in May in Hokkaido.
