端正なお料理、富山のふじ居さん好きだなぁ。夏越の祓えのあしらいに季節を感じる。新湊の万葉カレイも猪うどんもおいしいわぁ。新しいワンピースを着て👗水引をかけて下さるバースデーの御心遣いに感謝。
I visited a Japanese restaurant called “Fujii” in Toyama yesterday. I went to the restaurant in a new dress 👗 Chef Fujii uses high quality ingredients and he prepares very sophisticated cuisine. I love his dish. One of them is Manyou-karei 万葉カレイ( flounder ) sashimi from Shin-minato Fishing Port 新湊港. And , I like Udon noodles with wild boar.
