Miraculous Recoveries & Coincidences
Today scrolling through my Facebook feed of "On This Day", I was reminded of a healing miracle that happened 2 years back in a restaurant of mine at Malacca.
I wrote it briefly at the time but now I'm gonna retrace the happening and write a more lengthy and hopefully painting a more visual testimony in the process.
Healing testimony:
Just before leaving Malacca to Kuala Lumpur earlier tonight, I saw one of my staff, a Filipino lady named Jhenny (pronounced as Jenny) bending holding her abdomen area in pain. Her face was squeamish and she was turning a little pale. There wasn't any customer to attend to so I showed her some concern and asked her what was going on. She was gasping for air and obviously looking miserable and just pointing to her tummy area saying, "Pain, pain."
I then asked her whether I could pray for her and she nodded her head while holding her abdomen area in pain.
Less than about 30 seconds of simply just blessing her saying over her abdomen area "no more pain" and releasing healing to her, she stood up from a bent position and her countenance changed from the look of suffering to "what the heck just happen here?". It seemed like the pain had decreased significantly and instantaneously.
She kept saying, "How did you do that? How did you do that?" I asked her what she was feeling, whether she was feeling anything unusual or any sensation like electricity or heat. She responded as she gestured and said, "I feel some warmth at my stomach area and I'm sweating. It's so hot". I told her that Jesus loves her and that the warmth is a sensation you're feeling of a phenomena that He is healing and has healed you!
She seemed like she still was in a little discomfort so I then asked her how many percent of pain is she feeling and she replied that it was from 100% of pain to 30% of pain. I mean you want to get the job done fully right? 😃
I then told her to say what I said and taught her that she could also administrate the healing power of Jesus by taking authority and tell the pain to leave and releasing comfort to her body. We did that together and she said that the pain is now down to 2% as she started laughing and smiling with great relief. You really could see the change on how she looked. She was no longer in pain. No longer pale. And overall just plain happy!
She then proceeded to attend to a customer, talking and serving him a cup of coffee (she's a barista) like the whole episode of the sudden attack of pain to healing to learning to do it for herself didn't even happen! 😃 trala-lala-la
Prayer doesn't have to be long and well thought out or well phrased. It doesn't have to be with fancy words. He's not offended by our lack of words or vocabulary. He's not even impressed by those things. Prayer is plain and simple that a child could do whatever that happened that night. He speaks in heart language. His language is childlike faith.
"They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” - Mark 18:16c
I was hyped up by what just happen and seeing the faithfulness of God manifesting Himself in healing, I went on to bless another 2 employees.
Christ is wherever YOU are at.
BONUS TESTIMONY:
A couple of months ago I was at my burger joint in Setapak PV128 and it was our break-time for the staff. I was alone at the shop with one of my kitchen crew, a student part time working at the outlet. Why is that information worth mentioning? Because awhile back I had a conversation with this staff of mine and while casually chatting about where she grew up and about her family, what she likes to do, her hobbies and stuff, she told me how much she loves dancing and when she was younger how much her mother discouraged her saying that dancing doesn't have a future and how it won't put food on the table.
Of which, in that conversation, she mentioned that she couldn't dance much not because her mother didn't support her but mainly because she had sclerosis where her back bone was in an 'S' shape.
Of my past experiences of encountering people with sclerosis, of which my Dad and my wife as well had back and backbone problems which caused them pain, that they often had one of the legs shorter than the other or uneven if you would say.
So back to the part that we were at the outlet during breaktime...... since the time I knew of her back problem, I've asked God to give me an opportunity where I could pray for her. And wah-la... prayer answered.... coincidence? I think NOT!
"A coincidence is a small miracle when God chooses to remain anonymous.” - Albert Einstein.
We talked about her back problems again where I asked her whether one of her legs is shorter than the other. She replied, "Yeah... How did you know?"
I then told her that I believe in miracles and that God is good and loves her and whether she'd be willing to try a miracle. She said, "Errr okay?"
I asked her whether she could remove her shoes where she obliged and as we measured her leg, low and behold, one was about an inch shorter than the other. I proceeded to thank God for her life and reciting how much God loves her and that He wants to heal her. As I held her ankles I could feel a rapid shaking and vibrating coming from the inside of her legs. It wasn't an external movement of legs made by herself. It was an internal vibration.
I asked her whether she was feeling anything unusual just to verify that I wasn't delusional and what my hands were feeling wasn't just me. She said with a shocking tone, "YAH YAH... I can feel something."
Right there and there we could see her leg even out with the other one. Like the other one grew an inch out evening out with the other. A MIRACLE JUST HAPPENED RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES.
She was like, "Wohhh what just happened?".... I was like, "Wohoo! That's the healing power of Jesus. That's the love of Christ!"
The whole happening concluded by her saying that she now believes that Jesus is real!
"And these signs will follow those who believe." - Mark 16:17a
God is finding those who wants to co-labor with Him to bring heaven on earth.
I hope this has encouraged you or in some way stir up your inner man, your faith to recognise that He is present in your life whether you are conscious of Him or not.

Amazing story!
I truly believe there are more things out there we cannot understand and have not discover as of yet.
But I also think, eventually we will figure out the way to face this knowledge. It is something we will do when the right time comes.
The glory of God revealed. I too have some healing moments. Special graces granted by God. Most recent one happened just over the new year. Alleluia! Praise God, Alleluia!
