Today’s verse reminds us that we are all special, unique, and have a purpose.
There is something special in all of us that makes us a special and vital cog in the big plan. Sometimes we can’t see it in ourselves. Certainly, it’s like growing. It’s hard to notice, but it’s there.
When I teach students young and old, I always ask what is their talent, gift, or something they are good at. It’s a hard work for most of us. Sometimes the gift is hidden by other skills that get praised.
Regardless, in this verse we are being called to manage this gifts and use them to care for one another. Let’s focus on our gifts and really try to put them too good use.
