India is considered to be the world's largest mobile market. Whether it comes to mobile networks or in both the categories of mobile handsets, India comes to the world's biggies where millions of users are there, along with millions of new customers every day. In the Indian mobile market, Tehelka was launched when Mukesh Ambani launched his much anticipated project Reliance Jio. Reliance Jio has changed the look of the Indian telecom market due to its tremendous offer. The biggest reason for the success of Reliance was the strategy to understand the mindset of its customers. Reliance Jio was aware of the mood of Indian customers. Indian customers are very conscious about the price and do not hesitate to make big changes as soon as they get the option. Reliance Jio emerged as an option for the Indians who did not only provide affordable calling but instead of capturing the entire Indian internet market with its cheap Internet pack. Reliance Jio is not only doing excellent work in cities but also providing good facilities in far flung villages. In such a case it is natural that whether any other company will be
able to compete with Reliance Jio or Reliance Jio will continue to maintain this current status. At present, if you look at the current situation, it seems that there is hardly any company standing in front of Geo because Geo is not only repairing its network, but its customers have no problem, it is especially working on this.
Dozens of Geo Prospective Companies Do not Separate from Geo
In such a situation, when Geo has captured Indian Telecom's Indian telecom market, many companies have come out in front of him, who are offering cheap offers from Geo. Especially BSNL, Vodafone and Airtel, these three companies are working hard in this strategy to defeat Geo. BSNL has launched several stealthy plans. In which the user is making available unlimited voice calls and data from 2 to 4 GB every day. The validity of their plan is also much like Geo. BSNL recently launched Chauka-444 plan. The validity of this new 'Chowk-444 plan' for the company is 90 days. This is the company's special tariff voucher, which will be for prepaid customers only. The user will get 4 GB of data every day in this plan. Likewise, Airtel and Vodafone have also launched plans in the equivalent rate of Geo, which provided unlimited internet (1 GB per day) and calling facility at an approximate rate of Rs 350. But even after all these three companies, there is no special effect on the Geo. Geo is growing steadily as before. The reason for this is that the companies that are coming out in front of Geo-faced are offering similar offers to Geo instead of doing something special, due to which their every way is proving to be unsuccessful. At Geo, the earlier often the complaints of bad network and slow speed, now Geo has removed the flaws. This is the reason why in the Indian telecom market there is no such resistance that can compete with Reliance Jio.
Customers wanting to go somewhere else now Reliance Jio
Reliance Jio has built a strong place in the hearts of people with its strong service that now they do not want to go away after leaving the company even after charging it. According to a report by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, nearly 90 percent of Reliance Jio has chosen its prime membership. According to the report, around 76 percent of the customers in Geo- e is willing to continue its services even after the end of this promotional plan. It has been said in the report that 80 percent of the users have only one geo SIM, 90 percent of them have a live prime subscription and 84 percent have also paid a monthly top-up of Geo. This report also states that most of the payers have paid a pack of 303 rupees or 309 rupees. According to a report by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, the number of subscribers in the telecom market, which took place on September 5 last year, has reached 11.2 million by the end of April this year. Thus, the speed of adding customers to Reliance Jio is a new record.
