I continue to train by the pool. I start off with Shadow Boxing and due to the rough anti skid surface on the pool deck I have to wear shoes. For some reason I am starting to feel a pinch in my left knee when I work on my foot work. I am trying to be careful here and let my body adjust to the shoes.
I follow that up with sets of 50 push ups and 20-30 deep squats.
After every set I do laps underwater. I am feeling a tightness in my throat and chest lately and am having a problem doing the distance that I normally do. I start off with five sets of two laps. Then I go back to the push ups and squats.
I repeat this three times.
After I am done with that I work on my static breath hold to relax.
