The issues with job hunting in the society today is that companies only want to hire people with experience, but no one wants to give millennials the experience they need. So they go to school; whether it be college, or university. They go for 1-8 years (depending on the field) and then they get out of school and realize, well s*&t, they had the qualifications for the job, but still no experience.
It's an endless cycle. No job experience so no work. No work so no experience.
And the millennials are forced to apply for jobs like working at subway and Starbucks with Masters, PhD's, and a variety of other degrees just so the can get SOME amount of experience. Even though usually the experience they gain isn't the type of experience they need. Leaving most millennials, job-less and living back at home with their parents.
For crying out loud at least make it somewhat easier to get the damn experience we need so we can get the jobs we want. No wonder so many of us are stressed, depressed, and dying inside.
