Job a Board has born
Carrying out a dream and an idea of @aggroed, by luck of fate, we got in touch a few months ago. I greatly appreciate the opportunity offered and the trust to carry out this project.
JAB is a job platform/portal. We want to bring the blockchain technology that we have in HIVE and using the NFTs or non fungible tokens, take to new grounds the recruitment and search for talent on the internet.
We show up when needed
It's no secret that the demand for platforms and websites has been increasing in the last few months, let alone this past year. Due to the events, the covid and so on, people need to be employed more and more, online.
BETA phase, but what are we really?
- On JAB we can create job ads and get paid in NFTs. Each person creates and links a job, trade or labor, to an NFT of his property.
- Users interact with each other through two sources:
- The job market, where they place orders for things they need or want to offer. For example: "I need a Logo in 1 hour".
- The NFT market. In this place of the platform you can buy and sell your NFTs and the definitions of your NFTs, if you wish.
You could say we are a mix between Fivver, Freelancer and HIVE. Or at least, that's what we are working to achieve, at the right time.
Functional aspects of JAB
Like many other platforms, we have adapted in some standards that are used, such as:
- Real time messaging system, offered to you thanks to Beechat.
- Customisable portfolio for each user.
- Customisable profile and portfolio.
- Management, creation and edition of NFTs.
- Assignment of tokens for jobs.
- NFTs marketplace.
- Notification system.
- Desktop PC mode.
- Modes for mobile devices and tablets (still in the process of adaptation).
- HIVE blockchain management for transactions and message signing, using Hive Key Chain.
- Hive Key Chain or Hivesigner logging systems.
How does it work that an NFT is assigned to a job?
Let's say @themarkymark offers a "I can make web pages" service. Mark decides to create his NFT called MARKY and sets out to create a job posting that says something like:
- Title: "I will make your website in 2 hours".
- Description: "Remarkable web programmer, with extensive experience, can take your website to levels never seen before".
- Price: "I ask 10 MARKYs for my work".
Obviously each MARKY is worth whatever the owner decides, let's say that each MARKY is worth 20 HIVES. Then at that moment, after @themarkymark has created his first job, @aggroed appears and decides to order a website. Aggroed must buy 10 MARKYs. Upon issuing the purchase order and transferring the funds, JAB issues the order and creates 10 new MARKYs and sends them to aggroed. Now aggroed has an order to make a website and in addition, 10 tokens that he can sell or keep in his JAB wallet.
Achievable possibilities
Among those we imagine are:
- Create online job opportunities, in a world that is undoubtedly heading to exploit the internet more and more.
- To offer people from different countries the possibility of generating jobs and money, without intermediaries or complicated banking processes.
- Digitalize people's jobs, expanding, virtually, the capacity to "infinity and beyond".
- To continue to make HIVE known as a blockchain development platform and to make people use NFTs more and more.
BETA phase open to collaborations
To encourage people to join the platform, we have set up a BETA phase, which we hope will last no more than 2 weeks, to debug bugs and processes. That is why we invite the HIVE community in general and all its current applications, to enter the platform and test all the functions.
We have arranged prizes for the 15 best contributors in this BETA phase. We are also open to suggestions to improve the website as much as possible. From the functionality, to the visual aspect and of course, the user interface experience.

Llevando a cabo un sueño y una idea de @aggroed, por suerte del destino, nos pusimos en contacto hace unos meses. Agradezco enormemente la oportunidad ofrecida y la confianza para llevar a cabo este proyecto.
JAB es una plataforma/portal de empleos. Queremos aportar la tecnología blockchain que poseemos en HIVE y haciendo uso de los NFTs o tokens no fungibles, llevar a nuevos terrenos la contratación y búsqueda de talentos en internet.
Aparecemos cuando se necesita
Para nadie es un secreto la creciente demanda de plataformas y sitios web que se ha acrecentado en los últimos meses, por no decir este ultimo año. Debido a los acontecimientos, el covid y demás, las personas necesitan emplearse cada vez, por internet.
Fase BETA, pero ¿que somos realmente?
- En JAB podemos crear anuncios de trabajo y cobrar en NFTs. Cada persona crea y vincula un empleo, oficio o labor, a un NFT de su propiedad.
- Los usuarios interactúan entre si, a través de dos fuentes:
- El mercado de trabajo, donde hacen ordenes de cosas que necesitan o quieren ofrecer. Por ejemplo: "Necesito un Logotipo en 1 hora".
- El mercado de NFTs. En este lugar de la plataforma pueden comprar y vender sus NFTs y las definiciones de sus NFTs, si así lo desean.
Pudiese decirse que somos una mezcla entre Fivver, Freelancer y HIVE. O al menos, eso trabajamos para lograrlo, en su momento adecuado.
Aspectos funcionales de JAB
Al igual que muchas otras plataformas, nos hemos adaptado en algunos estándares que se utilizan, como lo son:
- Sistema de mensajes en tiempo real, ofrecido a ustedes gracias a Beechat.
- Cartera de trabajos personalizable para cada usuario.
- Perfil y portafolio personalizables.
- Manejo, creación, edición de NFTs.
- Asignación de tokens para trabajos.
- Mercado de NFTs.
- Sistema de notificaciones.
- Modo para PC de escritorio.
- Modos para dispositivos móviles y tablets (aún en proceso de adaptación).
- Manejo de HIVE blockchain en lo referente a transacciones y firma de mensajes, haciendo uso de Hive Key Chain.
- Sistemas de logueo por Hive Key Chain o Hivesigner.
Como funciona que un NFT se asigna a un empleo?
Digamos que @themarkymark ofrece un servicio de "Puedo hacer páginas web". Mark decide crear su NFT llamado MARKY y se dispone a crear un anuncio de trabajo que dice algo como:
- Titulo: "Haré tu página web en 2 horas".
- Descripción: "Notable programador web, con amplia experiencia, puede llevar tú sitio web a lugares nunca antes vistos".
- Precio: "Pido 10 MARKYs por mi trabajo".
Obviamente cada MARKY vale lo que su propietario decida, digamos que cada MARKY equivale a 20 HIVES. Entonces en ese momento, luego de que @themarkymark ha creado su primer trabajo, aparece @aggroed y decide ordenar una página web. Aggroed debe comprar 10 MARKYs. Al emitir la orden de compra y transferir los fondos,JAB emite la orden y crea 10 nuevos MARKYs y los envía a aggroed. Ahora aggroed posee una order para hacer un sitio web y ademas, 10 tokens que puede vender o mantener en su billetera JAB.
Posibilidades alcanzables
Dentro de los que imaginamos se encuentra:
- Crear oportunidades de trabajo en-linea, en un mundo que, sin lugar a dudas se dirige a explotar el internet cada día más.
- Ofrecer a personas de distintos países, la posibilidad de generar empleos y dinero, sin intermediarios ni complicados procesos bancarios.
- Digitalizar los empleos de las personas, expandiendo, virtualmente, las capacidades al "infinito y más allá".
- Seguir dando a conocer a HIVE como plataforma de desarrollo blockchain y hacer que las personas utilicen, cada día más, los NFTs.
Fase BETA abierta a colaboraciones
Para incentivar el ingreso a la plataforma, hemos dispuesto de una fase BETA, que esperamos no dure más de 2 semanas, para depurar errores y procesos. Es por eso que invitamos a la comunidad en general de HIVE y todas sus aplicaciones actuales, para ingresar a la plataforma y probar todas las funciones.
