How do you get !popcorn to respond almost in realtime, does it run direct from the witness as the blocks get parsed? It has been bothering me only because if a person where to make one but can't run a personal node then you are reliant on the public ones and most likely can't hit the api as much...
Any changes in hf20 for flagging because it is shitty that flagging costs so much.
