I think you should Invest in your account. You can use your investment by many ways. Lease some SP, or promote your post to get attractions. To be honest, I don't believe there are any chances to get up to reasonable SP from zero investment.
And also, do not believe majority cares about your quality staff. Once you get popular, people will upvote you without reading your content. That is Steem and Steemit community.
