Oh, that must have been a major relief.
Hopefully the new owner isn't in need of money, so you can stay there for a bit longer than a year.
But it might be good to take a look around for another space, just in case they do.

We hired a real estate agent as soon as we got the news. We'll continue to look for a new place, but it won't be a burning emergency to move. We've got a year to make some monetary previsions and look for an adequate space and in all likelyhood, they'll extend our lease for another year.
