Constitutional Court and judicial review

The Constitutional Court is a state institution which is included in the judicial institution mentioned in chapter IX of the Constitution regarding judicial power, as the constitution of Indonesia. In the world as many as 72 countries have formed a constitutional court while Indonesia itself formed a constitutional court on the 3rd amendment of 2001 along with the establishment of judicial commissions as well as the authority of the constitutional court one of which is to conduct judicial review / uu testers against the Constitution while the testers under the rule uu the authority of the Supreme Court.
