Interesting concept. May I ask what type of Juicer you would recommend if somebody were to start out with wanting to do something similar? Obviously a cheap juicer would not be able to pull its weight, but I am not looking to spend an exorbitant amount of money on one.
Fascinating idea. May I solicit what sort from Juicer you would prescribe if some individual somehow managed to begin with needing to accomplish something comparative? Clearly a modest juicer would not have the capacity to pull its weight, but rather I am not hoping to spend an extreme measure of cash on one.@alirazaamjad
What's the purpose of doing this, and how do you feel after such a juice challenge? I am thinking about at least drinking half a liter of juice in the morning just to improve my gut bacteria.
I've been juicing every day for this pregnancy. I was really getting nauseated with prenatal vitamins- even the super clean kind, the food based kind- just couldn't get pills down. Added to that I wasn't feeling well with really low blood pressure so I started juicing to get the celery in. Instantly started feeling better. So I basically do celery, cucumber, carrot with beets, dandelion greens, kale/ Swiss chard/ spinach, and any other greens I want to throw in there, lemon, ginger, and only 2 green apples for sweetness. I've got too bitter a few times but get it down anyway!! Love it!
Oh wow that juice combo sounds EPIC! I wish I had a juicer that would do leafy greens. Hopefully I can get my hands on one soon.
It is so great that you found a way to get rid of nausea!! All the nutrients are so healthy and good for us.
I am hoping to inspire other people to do little things to live a happy lifestyle. Looks like you do as well :)

I have an old version of the Jack Lalanne juicer.
It works well if you want to juice fruits and vegetables but doesn't work so well for leafy greens.

I have had this thing for almost 5 years. I have put it to some good use and I am still waiting for it to die one of these days.
I would love to upgrade to a cold press juicer (a.k.a. Masticating Juicers) someday. They are pretty expensive but can juice any thing!
Me too. Bought one about 15 years ago. Ordered off the television.
Your is still going !!!??
Yes. I don't use it that much anymore. But it still works. Had to replace a lot of parts, though.
Dang, $70 really isn't that bad. Was expecting it to be a lot more than that! Thanks for the info.
yeah not to bad! :)
Yeah! Asian pear are awesome. I rarely buy some though.
They are one of my favorite things to add to a juice :)

OOo yummm!! I like the blend today! Whew... good thing it didn't break... looks like an expensive machine to replace!
