Deciding whether it is good or bad for health should be taken into account to prepare it. That means all fast foods are not a threat to health. Pesta, Taco, Sandwich etc. are not good for health. All the fried stuff comes from the junk food. Savariated All packets including packet chips are in the category of junk food. Junk Food's Kalari Sugar or Fat is from the food. These include fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins. Sacred fatty meat is junk food. Processed foods contain more sugar, salt and fat. Frequent feeding of junk food increases the risk of insulin proliferation and thereby increasing the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes. High calorie intake of high-fat food is eaten more. It is possible that salt may increase and bP may increase. It also affects your heart when your cholesterol increases.
