I understand that the police have a difficult job, but far too often, a lack of training makes their job 10 times more difficult.#justiceforterrell I'm sick and tired of hearing this kinda shit. I wasn't at the scene and there is always 3 sides to a story.

Too many people are given power they can't handle, bad training for me leads to low self confidence in your ability to handle difficult situations, inflated egos believing that they are entitled to a high level of respect due to their uniform and most commonly lack the communication skills to be able to defuse situations with WORDS!!!

The consistent acts of aggression only further divide the youth and the police in
our communities in London.

I wish young Terrell a speedy recovery, A bright future and justice.
