Chicken Chapli Kabab recipe is one of the most recognized Pakistani recipe from the beautiful KPK province of Pakistan. Chicken Chapli Kabab recipe is a special Pashtun style prepared kabab native to the city of Peshawar, although it's eaten all over Pakistan, Afghanistan and now gaining popularity in many other countries all over the world.
Ingredients for chapli kababs:
500 gm Chicken Mince
Salt (As needed)
1 tsp Whole Cumin
3 tbsp Corn Flour
1 Egg
1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
1 tsp Coriander Crushed
1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
1 Onion Chopped
2 Green Chili Chopped
5 gm Green Coriander Chopped
5 gm Ginger Chopped
5 gm Mint Chopped
2 Tomatoes (cube cutting)
2 Tomato (slice cutting)
Cooking Oil (As needed)
Instructions for chapli kabab:
1- In a bowl, add chicken mince, salt, whole cumin, corn flour, egg, garam masala powder,
cumin crushed, coriander crushed, red chili crushed, onion, green chili, green coriander, ginger, mint and
mix it well.
2- Now, make kabab from this mixture.
3- Now, place tomato (slice cutting) on it and fry until golden brown.
