in #kenya6 days ago (edited)

My friend in Kenya has a message to share with us about alcoholism.

"The government through NACATA is working hard to make Kenya a sober country but youths have taken alcohol as as rescue for being unemployed, that makes be thiefs and are forced to take cheap local brew and conmen has taken it a chance to use drugs into it thus making them addictive and lazy thus in total ruining the future."

Thank you, it's something a more educated society is starting to recognize. They say the damage starts with two drinks, and even two a week is a bad habit. And the body can only process two drinks in an hour, so anything more than this is excessive and causes harm, potentially leading to fainting and forgetfulness while living in chaos. We all need to take better care of ourselves and prioritize good health, exercise, nutrition, and rest. Take care of yourself.

Saludos. Cuidate también 😘🙏
