I really appreciate you uploading your videos here.

I'm doing Keto for 15 months now and it helped me to loose 37 pounds in that time, even though I didn't execise on a regular schedule all that time and had three or four 2-3 week slips with way to many carbs. The good thing with those was though, that those slips raffirmed how much better I feel when following the keto diet.
My next goal is to get back to the weight and physique I had in my twenties (another 10 pounds less and a bit more muscle mass), which before starting keto I would have thought to be an impossible goal.
