Squid as one of the cephalopods or marine animals that has tentacle is known in many cuisine. Not only for many health benefit like high in protein but also low in carbohydrates, which is a great deal for keto diet.
This kind of seafood has become an easy-to-find dish in many restaurants. Fried calamari or grilled to name a few. Even its ink is being use as pasta sauces. It is because that this meat is very easy to cook. It doesn't need more time and gas.
My way is just a few minutes of cooking. I just soak the meat in a boiled water for few minutes and few minutes over a pan. This is to maintain its size and stay tender.
