What is a Ketogenic Diet?
A keto diet is well known for being a low carb diet, where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy. It's referred to as many different names – ketogenic diet, low carb diet, low carb high fat (LCHF), etc.
When you eat something high in carbs, your body will produce glucose and insulin causing weight gain.
Basically your body starts running on your own Body Fat using it as fuel instead or sugar and carbs.
Thus Causing Easy Fast Effortless Weightloss 😀 ..... Of Course ONLY if you stick with it.
Remember Nothing in Life Comes Easy also you might feel bad Maybe Getting The KETO FLU...

What do you Eat on Keto?
Keep it Simple when you begin so that its easy for you to transition to fat burning mode.
I personally started with Intermittent Fasting till 2pm to give my body a break so it could focus on healing by Only eating when I was hungry but not to the point of feeling full.
Simple Keto Meals:
● Bullet Proof Coffee ...... Recipes http://pin.it/Zhadt1Q
● Eggs and Bacon or Boiled Eggs
(if always in a hurry like me.. keep in fridge ready to eat)
● Grilled Chicken or Salmon with a side of Green Beans or Broccoli or on a Green Veggie Salad
● Homemade Cheese Burgers or Beef Hot Dog wrapped in Lettuce (No Bun)
● Egg or Tuna Salads (mixed with Mayo, Mustard, Pickles, Salt and Pepper)
● Keto Friendly Smoothies

Although I think listening to your body and only eating when hungry is best.
