How To Make Keto Oatmeal in under 5 minutes

I've seen a lot of recipes on the internet for overnight oats, but I don't always want to spend that much time. That's where this keto oatmeal recipe comes in. You can have it ready in less that 5 minutes from start to finish. As always, make sure you like, comment, and subscribe!

Macros as I made it:
Calories: 710
Fat: 51g
Net Carbs: 8g
Protein: 39g

Macros No Mix-ins:
Calories: 271
Fat: 8g
Net Carbs: 4g
Protein: 31g

Recipe:
1 c water
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tbsp chia seeds
.5 - 1 scoop protein powder

Optional:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp almond butter
pinch of salt
Walden Farms Pancake syrup

  1. Add water, flax, chia seed, and protein powder to small pan.
  2. simmer and stir until it is the consistency of pudding.
  3. add option mix-ins
  4. enjoy!
