Out of all the diets i have ever tried thr Keto diet has worked very well for me. I lost over 40lbs since i took it serious as of last year.
For those that are unaware, a keto diet can be done by vegetarians as well. It is a Low Carb High Fat diet. Basically you eat 70% saturated fats, 25% proteins, and 5% carbs. The diet has great success rate for reversing type 2 dabetes, Alzheimer's prevention, Treating Cancer patients and also increasing hormone health and strength as well. Cut out sugar and starchy foods and your body and mind will perform better. In the mean time eat your bacon and butter! :)
