I've been researching extensively on ketogenic diet, and been on it for 3 days now, it is really amazing the amount of energy you get from it, it has its downfalls and definately not for everyone, but if you are having problems with carb crashing and weight, you should look into this.
I lasted 8 days, its headaches and insomnia are a little much for me but it did reduce my sugar tolerance so i need way less now for flavor
