3 - Healthy habits to protect the Kidneys :
Low carbohydrate diet (reduce glucose to safe level)
Moderate regular exercise
a) Early morning is a great time to do it as plants are releasing oxygen into the environment, whereas at evening or night they are releasing CO2 instead.
b) Best practice is being barefooted on the grass, sand or soil as this passes good energy and vibes into our bodies
c) Do 10 sessions of very deep inhalations through the nose counting until 5, each followed by slower exhalation through the mouth counting until 10
d) Whenever you feel stressed, angry, negative, in bad temper or in low energy levels, go to your backyard, patio or park and give a big hug to a tree for a few minutes

Avoid painkillers and acetaminophen as much as possible
Drink warm water with lemon while fasting in the morning as this makes the body' PH alkaline, which benefits the kidneys, assists to unblock and cleanse the liver and body in general. Start doing it once a week and increase frequency depending on how you feel and what results are obtained.
Mixing a glass of water with half an spoon of Apple Vinegar is also a healthy practice that can be tried once a week.
