Kiev security forces six times fired at positions of the LPR militia

Kiev security forces over the past day, six times fired at positions of the LPR militia. This was reported today in the Ministry of defence of the Republic.

Twice from the direction of the urban-type settlement in Luhansk was shelled the village of Kalinovka, was fired from 120-mm mortars and APCS.

From 120-mm mortars from the direction of Happiness was shelled the village of Merry Mount.

During the shelling of Raevka from the direction of Stary Aidar from 82-mm mortars, automatic mounted grenade launchers AGS, anti-tank missiles (ATGM) and small arms were injured civilian.

From the direction of the Gold from the AGS fired district Mariivka.

In the village Krasny Yar fire from the direction of Stanytsia Luhanska was fired from the AGS.

Recall that the participants of the Contact group on settling the situation in Donbas to meet in Minsk on 26 August announced the need to establish September 1, "indefinite ceasefire" in the region. This agreement has already become the ninth in the autumn of 2014 the agreement on the maintenance of the "regime of silence". Due to the fact that after September 1, Kiev security forces, as before, repeatedly violated the terms of the truce, including opening fire from mortars and weapons tanks, which were to be allotted in accordance with the Minsk agreements, the LPR and DPR said about the need to introduce from September 15 strict cease-fire. Kiev has promised to abide by it, but the people's police commits almost daily cases of ceasefire violation by the Ukrainian side.

The participants of the Contact group on settling the situation in Donbass February 12, 2015 signed in Minsk agreed with the heads of the countries-participants of the "Normandy four" (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine) the Complex of measures on implementation of Minsk agreements. The UN security Council on 17 February 2015 resolution No. 2202 approved the package of measures, which was the attachment No. 1 to this resolution. Also the UN security Council called on all parties to ensure the full implementation of the package of measures.

The document envisages a ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line, the beginning of dialogue to restore socio-economic relations of Kiev and Donbass, as well as the reform of the Constitution of Ukraine with the aim of decentralization and consolidation of "special status individual regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions".
