Learn how to kiss in three-dimensional reality.
Ask your girlfriend if she wants to do a mindful kissing practice. Then follow the steps below.
Experience yourself as a three-dimensional being. Become aware that you exist in the present moment. Feel the extent of your body, from the soles of the feet to the top of the head.
Feel into the contact between the feet and the ground. Become aware of the finer details, like the contact with the toes and heals, the structure of the socks, any tickling sensations in the feet.
Sense the balance of the body. Soften the knees. Notice your breath, air flowing in and out of the body.
Now become aware of your face. Slowly feel your forehead, eyes, nose, nostrils, cheeks, jaw, mouth, lips, and tongue. Notice any tension. Observe and stay with the tension and see if it dissolves.
Look at each other for about ten seconds.
Sense your existence in the present moment.
Make soft contact with your lips. Let the lips touch gently. Stay soft in face and lips. Be present in your body and keep your awareness on the contact between the lips.
Kiss like this for one minute.
If any distracting thoughts emerge, move awareness back to the touch of the lips.
If you start laughing, just get in contact with the ground and try again.
Why not 4D? Kissing in 4D would involve time and this is meant to be an essentially time-less experience, since in the real world we exist in the ever-present now.
