Just build a new computer , you can do your daily things naturally and you can even play games as bonus. 500-1000$ would be more than enough.
i5-4690k
1070 GTX or 1060 GTX
PowerSupply you already have one
8gb of ram.
Motherboard anyone is fine really. 50-100$
And you are good to go.
