Recently I have read many articles regarding the various educational paradigms, the costs that deserve to be titled as a professional, and the close relationship between training and success. Of course, we all need a series of knowledge that guarantees us a correct development within the labor field, but nevertheless many of us have reached the point where we ask ourselves; Is it really necessary to invest in the financing of our university studies?
Certainly the investment directed to the expansion of our knowledge has to be the best plan of action that we can devise, since it is finally our capabilities that allow us to achieve different objectives, that is why the preparation is linked to maturity, being My understanding of the development of certain qualities such as adaptability, problem solving, general understanding and finally, the development of a criterion of its own.
Understanding this, we could deduce that the university is not our only option and that above all today we are shown a range of possibilities which will allow us to develop in a large number of disciplines only in the field of digital technology, always and when we bear in mind that no institution has to train you in terms of the expertise and skill that the competitive world deserves.

In many of the articles that I have read about the educational subject, mention is made of the high rate of graduates in projection to the financial success of the same, but there is also a certain reference to the high costs of tuition, the study which have to add subjects that only increase the costs of time and money unnecessarily.
Of course, the competitive sector is constituted by quite specific demands in terms of the university qualification that said applicant must possess in order to properly address a work space in an efficient manner, allowing it to grow and scale through experience and good performance.
This demand is a consequence of the mere cultural belief regarding the intellectual formation derived from an integral level of instruction, thinking that is mostly recurrent in countries in periods of transition in which the rate of professionals and the opportunities of study have grown..
However, we must analyze certain aspects such as; the quality of study and the level of instruction offered by this alma mater, so that a study certification does not always guarantee a correct possession of knowledge and skills obtained by the supposed professional.

It is well known that the quality of study speaks for itself when competing for a job since certain houses of study are known for their high level of demand and credibility, because in my opinion the requirement is synonymous with excellence, for which many of us have heard of great institutions such as Harvard, Oxford, Yale, Stanford, Berklee, etc. So also converge certain characteristics that enhance education within a nation like; recognition, wages and salaries, purchasing power and ideal infrastructure to train minds.
Unfortunately Venezuela currently lacks many of these characteristics, so that education is harmed on many levels, conceived only within erratic processes and actions who seek to encourage political indoctrination under a notion of populist work. Recurrent practice in less favored territorial states such as mine, which has increased the rate of student desertion in the country, as a result of the high inflation rate and the lack of opportunities related to a profitable purpose.
- The importance of choosing correctly and looking for better options. -

The university stage is an extremely relevant moment in our lives as this is the first step that will in some way determine what we will do or what we want to do for the rest of our lives, so the frivolity when choosing between universities and careers is a error that we will pay more than in the future if we do not choose with intelligence and maturity. It should be noted that today many of the young people are unaware of the options available to address even the potential that has and even more important, how to profit from them.
For which I recommend preparing ourselves through the exploration and study of options and possibilities, beyond this ask ourselves how we see ourselves 5 years from now? since it may be more beneficial for us to do good intensive courses of a particular study than to deal with 5 years of university career surrounded by unnecessary subjects for our field of action. Of course, one factor to consider remains the institution in question and the benefits it offers.
Arriving here I can only recommend making that decision in the most mature way possible, instructing us and preparing ourselves for the formation of a specific goal, deciding for ourselves and risking us to seek a better quality of study outside our territory.

Many refer to autodidacticism as a unique capacity in some human beings, but the truth is that in my opinion self-learning is an approach adopted by all at a time in our lives, since the self-taught individual is one who, under his own techniques, bases , instruments or ideas, has to illustrate itself within a self-reflective process, since many of the disciplines require constant knowledge, establishing itself as a requirement to adapt and grow in said discipline or science, being the arts, music and great amount of sciences an example of it.
Within certain disciplines such as art, the level of being able to express and express ideas freely on a surface, is born as a result of a certain degree of study and knowledge mostly empirical and self-taught, but experience has shown me the importance of a tutor and the supervision of the same, in contrast to the incessant effort without any result. So determine and specify exactly what we need, to be the most important step when addressing a learning stream. Remembering that in certain areas you are not judged by your certification but by your portfolio, experience, skill and credibility within the guild.

While I studied I've learn to cheat and mostly I developed how to "learn quick and forget quick" skill. So I would say that uni is a place to go.
I've one off-topic question. You wrote in the past about Effect.ai if im not mistaken. I noticed that they are listed only on switcheo.network exchange.
Do you know anything about this exchange? And personally would you invest in this crypto at current stage?

currently I only use bittrex, and unfortunately all my investment capital is in various altcoins so I have not really thought about investing in any long term in any ICO or recent proposal because as I know I am originally from Venezuela and here the economic system has collapsed, so I need to do short operations (scalping) to generate small daily profits and deal with my expenses.
