The color sure doesnt look like bear, but I'll give anything to taste that, it looks citrus. But since its fermented does it have a little alcohol in it?

Yes, it may contain some alcohol, but the alcohol is constantly being converted into acids - a process very similar to making vinegar.

Ohhh so it doesnt make someone drunk or a little bit tipsy?
