Recently, in korea, newly hot places are getting popular.
The hot places are composed of many stores which have their unique concept and each hot place has their own featured atmosphere.
Today, I introduce one of them, Ikseon-dong of Jongno-gu.
Jongno-gu is a kind of traditional place and at Jongno-gu many korean traditional houses(Hanok)still remain.
(Famous tourist attraction, hanok village is at Jongno-gu, too)
Ikseon-dong is located near Jongno sam-ga station, gate number 4.
I heard Ikseon-dong is floating as a hot place and there are many attractive stores to go. So I visited a cafe of Ikseon-dong. cafe proust
Cafe proust is made by renovating old korean traditional house.
The signature menu is cold milk tea. And interesting thing is you can make your own perfume as you like. (I didn't make, though) I thought the room is a bit narrow but not that bad.
Next time, I wanna go another store of Ikseon-dong!

Very nice and descriptive!
Thanks:) If you live in seoul, I recommend you to visit Ikseon-dong.
Nice! On my recent visit to Seoul I went there with a friend to drink a green tea latte. Compared to 북촌 익선동 is still unknown to tourists. Highly recommended but very busy at peak hours!
Yes, right. Because 익선동 is rising as a hot place for young korean, so it is very crowded at peak time like weekend. It is worth visiting there, though. you know why?:)
i guess it was featured in some drame or movie? :) but i dont know the real reason why a new 핫플레이스 pops up.
