Majority of the Blockchain Startup who claimed to operate on a decentralized system are unreal. Many of them still operate on Centralized system covering themselves up with blockchain. Majority of them are scam because they did not portray the true attributes of Decentralized system. Blockchain should be decentralized system with no human intervention. It should be a system that operates autonomously without the intervention of any middle men or third party. As I did mention earlier Most ICO Project only hiding under the blanket of Blockchain, they are scam because they manipulate and manage everything themselves.
