인간관계도 피곤은 하지만, 직무가 어렵다..

직원들이 수동적이지 않고 능동적으로 업무에 임할 수 있는 질문을 던져야 하다니.
혹은 직원들이 놓치고 있는 미세한 부분을 감지하여 알려주어야 한다니... 흠...
