Introduction
What makes them so special compared to the other area-based tags?
#kr is currently the most popular area based tag in Steemit and the 4th most popular in general after #life #photography and #steemit.
Background - Tag History
It is all back then in 7/27/2016, when @clayophere . His suggested people to use "kr" tag for every Korean related post.
This article gained 121 upvotes worth $994.06 and commented 21 times (which is WOW!)., wrote the first article using #kr tag
Lesson learned number 1 :
What about other similar tags? Let's have a look:
a. Spanish (2nd most popular area-based tag/ 13th globally)
@hcf27 in 5/3/2016articletraditional social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
#spanish was firstly used by (which earlier than #kr). In his @hcf27 didn't mention at all about the use of "spanish" tag. He mostly discussed his experience of the advantage he got from Steemit compared to other
b. Indonesia (3rd most popular area-based tag/ 19th globally)
07/06/2016 written by @rahmat link here
The first use of #indonesia tag is in the article in . Just like "spanish" tag, not a single line discussed about the use of the tag. @rahmat mostly talked about the national record (MURI) of the first wedding where marriage vows registered in blockchain (bitcoin).
c. Aceh (4th most popular area-based tag/ 23th globally)
@lukmanreyeshere in 8/1/2016. He poorly wrote an article that only consists of one word with a (currently) Youtube deadlink.
Note: This tag deserves to be discussed exclusively (that I have a plan to do it later in a separate post) is the first person used #aceh tag in his article
What makes this tag unique that #aceh represents a sub-area (province), unlike the others as a country basis.
d. Cn (5th most popular area-based tag/ 37th globally)
7/9/2016 by @roseebit. In his/her article here explain about H.E.A.T blockchain (I'm using Google translator). Like the other tags, it does not mention the use of "cn" tag.
#cn is a Chinese language base tag. The first post was written in
e. Deutsch (6th most popular area-based tag/ 43th globally)
@redpalestino7/25/2016 by writing an article . The same as others, no the use of the tag discussed. started the #deutsch tag in
f. Kr-newbie (7th most popular area-based tag/ 44th globally)
A post made by @oldstone here in 5/15/2017
This tag is the youngest one amongst the others. Very impressive. just strengthening the argument that Korean is the most solid community in the world of Steemit. They even made a special tag to help newbies and provide support for them. And surprisingly the tag has appeared on the main page of Steemit.com tag list right after the #deutsch# tag.
g. Philippines (8th most popular area-based tag/ 47th globally)
This is the latest area-based tag appeared on the Steemit main page, it's 1st post started by @msrb here in 8/10/2016 and as predicted, like the others, it is just a regular post.
Activity

It indicates that they have the most solid community engagement. They use Steemit as a media to share ideas and discussions. It's a **lively **community, so active. It is interesting to also know activity within the tags.(data source: https://steemit.com/tags data) From the above table shows that #kr leads the race by having 7.06 comment per 1 post made. This is really far from deutsch in the 2nd which only has 2.19 in ratio.
Lesson learned number 2 :

Bonus:

Lesson learned number 3 :
Conclusion
1. This is a well-planned tag.
2. The most active Community Engagement.
3. The most Well Organized.

Note: for some none english original post, my best approach to understand the contains is by using Google Translator.

hi @smigol I have a question, does #kr form a special team to monitor any post that uses #kr and 'summon' krguidedog if found a post which is not related to the regulation? or every #kr member is voluntarily do the job? If so, I think I need to add it on my article as another lesson people should learn from #kr
Work voluntarily
But there's a reward.
is there anyone that I can interview as a representative of #kr ?
been trying to contact him on steem chat, thank @smigol
Ngerik kalok master sdh fire..no where to cut..
Awesome, Bang.

😂😂😂😂
I think it's time we became part of google translate to translate the aceh language and expanded the aceh tags.
Thanks a lot, Gradually we will find improvement when many read this post.
There is a long way to add a new language into Google Translator, however it is still possible. From what I learn, we should start from this link and click the feedback button.
But, talking about community support, it is not limited to language used although this post mostly discuss about the use of territories tag which uses different language.
At the moment, I still cannot provide any recommendation to other different possible approaches since I haven't conduct a specific analysis to this particular issue.
Very nice description. The explanation concluded the class of the writer.
postingan yang sangat menarik bang. mantap!

Aceh is a province in Indonesia (if you remember Tsunami disaster in the year of 2004, it's the most devastating area hit by Tsunami).
Steemit user from Indonesia originated from this region and later it's spread to the rest of the country.
scary krguidedog bot can be operated any korean user just by typing that magic word it is quite effective to dispel the tag abuser. Statistically, it is a bit surprising since the #Aceh is able to compete amongst other much wider regions in the Steemit trending tags. By the way, I've found another advantage of #kr tag. Its content control related to the tag is the best. The
