미 AP news에 Janathan Lemire와 Zeke Miller가 쓴 기사내용을 정리 및 생각을 적어본다. 트럼프 대통령이 푸틴 러시아 대통령을 만나는 자리에서 선거에 개입하지말라고 기자들앞에서 손가락으로 겨냥하며 말했다.이에 푸틴 대통령은 웃었다.
두 정상이 작년 헬싱키에서 공개적으로 자리를 같이한후 거의 1년후 처음으로 만났다.
트럼프는 푸틴과의 사이는 매우좋고 그런관계에서 많은 긍정적인 일들이 도출될거라고 말했다. 논의대상에 무역 및 군비축소건들이 있다고 말했다. 미 의회나 언론에서는 푸틴 러시아 대통령을 싫어하나 트럼프는 그와 다르다. 근데 만약 한반도관련 논의를하면 푸틴이 트럼프 대통령을 한반도평화를 위해 지지해주길 바란다.
트럼프 대통령은 앞서 푸틴 대통령을 만나기전에 G20개최국 일본총리 아베와 인도총리 모디를 만나면서 3개국이 남중국 및 화웨이관련하여 강화된 안보협력에대해서 애기했다. G20에서 과연 한국은 어떻게 국가위상을 높이고 외교실익을 얻을지 지켜보며.
