Ingredients
200 gr Tapioca / kanji starch
150 gr of Wheat Flour
4 Garlic Shoot, Puree
1/2 tsp Broth Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Salt taste
200 ml Water (Adequate)

Complementary ::
Peanut sauce
Chili sauce
Soy sauce
Step
Prepare the container, put the flour, fine garlic, powdered broth, pepper powder and salt, mix well, set aside.
Heat the water until boiling .. then pour in a container containing wheat flour, mix well with a wooden spoon, then enter the tapioca starch / kanji bit by bit and put the sliced โโgreen onion, knead until well blended and can be rolled / shaped.
Heat the water to boil the cilok .. shape the dough is round, then enter in boiling water boiling earlier .. to the cilok float that the cilok sign is ripe .. then drain, put in magicom / can be steamed to cilok slalu warm and tender .๐
Nb :: the level of elasticity according to taste .. if want more chewy reduce the flour and replace with tapioca / kanji. Cilok ready to be served with peanut sauce, sambal sauce and sweet soy sauce .. ๐๐
Simple Peanut Slaughter Ingredients: 200 gr Fried peanuts (Ground), Salt Insufficient, Flavor taste sufficiently, 1 tbsp Combed red sugar, 50 ml Cooking oil, Water sufficiently. Seasoning: 2 Red Chili, 6 Chili Rawit (Optional), 2 Garlic. How to make: Heat cooking oil, stir-fry seasoning and put fine ground nuts, give enough water, salt, flavor and brown sugar. Cook until well mixed and thick. Simple peanut sauce ready to serve.
