Ingredients
250 gr tapioca flour
125 gr wheat flour
4 cloves of garlic (puree)
3 tablespoons roasted ebi then puree (sy gnti shrimp rebon g da ebi)
1 teaspoon powder broth
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
250 ml of water
🍁an cuko🍁
500 ml of water
225 grams of brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tbsp of java acid (dissolved with 100 ml of hot water)
🍅 refined cuko🍅 spice
15 red chili seeds
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons ebi roaster (I skip)
to taste salt

Step

Boil water, garlic, ebi & salt until boiling. After boiling reduce the flame add the flour gradually quick stirring using the wooden ladle. Turn off the heat let it warm up ...

After warmly move the flour dough into another container add 1/1 eggs while in knead, then enter the tapioca little by little using hand to hand not sticky in hand ..

Boil water. Form dough into lenjer, put the dough into boiling water pempek until pine float & mature. After ripe remove drain leave to cool ...

Kukuan cuko: cook all ingredients & cuko seasoning until boiling & sugar dissolves while stirring occasionally, do not forget taste test. Once cooked let it cool then filter ...

  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!
