Dear Stemians,
How are you? Today I am going to share about my success story during making meatballs. Finally, after a long long day, I can make a delicious meatball.
Actually if you want to save money, buying meatball at the shop is the best idea. You don't need to prepare anything, just take a pack of frozen meatballs and pay the bill to the cashier. Even though making meatballs is very complicated, when you do it with full of love, the taste will be different. Plus, in my hometown, Blangpidie, Southeast Aceh, I have not found a good meatball. Most of the meatballs contain a lot of flour or sometimes the meatballs was too long in the freezer.
Understandably, there is no meat and no meat milling site here. As a result, if you want to eat meatballs, you have yo buy it in the shop or supermarkets. Because of that, when I come back to Banda Aceh, I take revenge by eating a lot of meatballs and noodles mixed with soups.
As a result, I finally decided to buy a meat grinder tool in the online shop (Shopee pi pi pi) because I ever tried using a blender and the blender damaged. And today, due to work off, I try to use a new meat grinder. Early in the morning, I go to the market to buy chicken, then open cookpad and YouTube channel to see how to make meatballs.
I follow the tips that are on youtube, because it is easier. Yes, the ingredients are only chicken, garlic, onion, pepper, ice cubes, salt, baking powder and tapioca flour. Wess, it feels so good to me that my grinding machine grinds all the ingredients perfectly.
Unfortunately, I have not been witty in rounding meatballs. It makes the meatballs less round when I put them into the hot water. (Remember! when the meatballs put in the water, the stove is turned off. If you have finished making meatballs, just turn on the stove with a small fire. Do not boil the meatballs too long because it can make the meatballs broke and the shape is not beautiful) after boiled briefly, put them in cold water and immediately served.
It feels supple and very delicious.
Alhamdulillah, akhirnya bakso homemade mamak Kak Yaya berhasil.
Rasanya kenyal-kenyal. Enak pokonya sampe Naqiya beberapa kali nambah
