Eat well

Eat your food as your medicine before you eat your medicine as your food. Let us make sure we eat a balanced diet. Minimize junk food which is highly processed, high sugared, high salt, saturated fats. In addition to this, drink enough water at least 6 to 8 glass or even more depending of your physical activity, and weather conditions. Exercise is highly recommended to balance energy consumption and expenditure. Consult your nearest nutritionist/dietitian/health personnel.
