HEALTHY MUTTON SOUP

INGREDIENTS :-
a. Mutton (lamb) - 100 grams
b. Small onion - 10 nos
c. Green chilli - 2 no
d. Tomato - 1 nos
e. Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)
f. Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
g. Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
h. Black pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
i. Cinnamon - 3 nos
j. Cloves - 3 nos
k. Oil - 3 Tsp
l. Salt for taste
m. Garlic - 5 nos
PREPARATION
Step 1 - Pre Heat the pan
Step 2 - Add 3 table spoons of Oil
Step 3 - Add 3 nos of Cloves

Step 4 - Add 3 small pieces of Cinnamon
Step 5 - Add Chopped Garlic
Step 6 - Add Chopped Small Onion
Step 7 - Add Chopped Green chilli
Step 8 - Saute till its Brown
Step 9 - Add 1/2 table spoons of Black pepper powder
Step 10 - Add 1/2 table spoons of Cumin Powder
Step 11 - Add 1/4 table spoons of Turmeric Powder
Step 12 - Saute well for 2 mins
Step 13 - Salt for Taste
Step 14 - Add Mutton (lamb)
Step 15- Saute for 3 minutes
Step 16 - Cooks for 20 minutes in medium flame
Step 17 - Add Chopped Cilantro (Coriander) leaves
Step 18 - Add Chopped Tomato
Step 19 - Add 2 cups of water
Step 20 - Boil 15 minutes
Step 21 - Serve Hot
