The Three Sisters is essentially an unusual rock formation representing three sisters who according to Aboriginal dream-time legend were turned to stone. The character of the Three Sisters 'Meehni', 'Wimlah' and Gunnedoo' changes throughout the day and throughout the seasons as the sunlight brings out the magnificent colours. ⛰

It's an amazing place. Last time we drove up there we spent the day at Scenic World opposite the three sisters lookout. After spending half the day checking out the views I went for a run through the valley and ended up running all the way out to Mount Solitary.
