I've been on Steemit since the end of January and so far its been a pretty good experience. I'm trying not to focus on the dollar signs below the post rather than find like minded people. I'm sure most people also find this challenging. This is my first time sharing my landscape photography on here which excites me and makes me nervous at the same time. The days are finally starting to get longer and the weather is starting to get a little better which means more hiking and adventures soon so you can expect to see more scenes like this!

Great stuff. Love the lenticulars for good measure on the mt hood reflection lake shot. Im from SoCal and did a road trip last fall. Even spent a night at the campground so i could get to that exact spot in the pm and am. Skunked both times :-( but thats how it goes sometimes!
Trillium Lake is an awesome place but thats too bad it didn't work out in you're favor. That just means you have an excuse to come back!
Trillium - thanks, couldnt remember. Ive got friends in Eugene so try to make it by annually. I was still able to rack up about 13,000 shots in that month LOL many of them marked Oregon!
Next time you're in Eugene you should check out Cheebahut! Thats a bunch of photos but easily done when traveling through Oregon.
the sandwich shop? Im still digging through them LOL - as far as earning on here. I think its wise to put the blinders on and just go. So far i have not caught on to the whole game but i think to get there properly you just have to dig in and do something consistently for a long time.
