Well, it's not exactly blood but it sure looks a wee bloody. This place is located on the south of Iran, near Chabahar, among other natural wonders that few outsiders get to witness.

Apparently this red-blood color of the lake, so I could research on the internet, is due to two main groups of organisms: a family of algae called Dunaliella and an archaic family of bacteria known as Halobacteriaceae. Awesome!

what an amazing place. Can you swim in this lake? What fish there are?
It's water so technically yes you can swim there... I doubt there is any fish as it's a very salty lake after all, look at all those salt deposits around.
In our area there are salt lakes, people go there to have a rest. People say that this salt water cures many diseases. The water is so salty that you can lie on it

There are more lakes like this, and outside of Iran as well. AFAIK one was in Australia and for more you can google pink slat lakes, I'm sure there are plenty.
In my country there are chalky lakes. There, too, oche beautiful. The banks are white with chalk and the water is so clean and transparent that the bottom is visible.
Lake of Blood with very beautiful rose water. We have found only the color of the sky lake.
