Thanks a lot man! I started sharing this with a few of my friends. I was gonna write you a longer comment later cause I have many things to say about it but I fully do appreciate you taking your time to defend me on all this. I read all of part 2 and 3 but not fully part 1 cause I decided to read the ones first that talked directly about our situation. Part 1 you talk about situations that are similiar to mines? If so, I am curious to read more when I have time. Ohh and by the way, English is actually my first language. My parents are both born in puerto rico but I am born in New York City so I lived there for the first 13 years of my life and then moved to PR. I had trouble fitting in middle school when I first came to move to PR with parents due to my dad's retirement. I was bullied a lot as well cause of my lack of spanish and being different from others. I got spanish tutored back in 2001 so I can learn the language better lol. So yeah, English was my first language, I was just very nervous and not sure how to fully defend myself. But you worked hard to analyze everything in this situation so thanks a lot! This can also help when I decide to send this to a lawyer or attorney! At least for the last week, he has been quiet from harassing me but I will be prepared incase he decides to strike me again.

You're welcome, Hector. And just to let you know that I wasn't saying that your English was not good. It is good. However, when someone speaks a second language nearly as good as their first language insofar as it is hard to tell which one is their first language, one cannot forget that even though that person's ability to communicate in a second language will be as close to perfect as their ability to do so in their first language, their ability to communicate in their second language will still not be as flawlessly perfect as their ability to communicate in their first language no matter how fluent they are in their second language. As a person who speaks more than just English myself, I have come to know those same ins and outs of thinking and communicating in a language other than my first one.
Because you are fluent in both languages (English and Spanish), I could not tell which language was your first language. Yep. I heard you speak Spanish in one of your recent videos on YouTube, and you talk like a native of Puerto Rico.
Anyhow, what I was trying to do in my article was to explore the possibility that TOR could have been taking wrongful advantage of you if it had turned out that Spanish was your first language. If you take a look at my article again, you'll notice that what I also did was leave the possibility open that English may have been your first language and Spanish was your second language in case that that was the situation, which it turned out to be. In other words, I feel that it is always good to explore whatever defenses one can use against an adversary, which, in this case, is TOR. However, I still left room in my mind for the possibility that English was your first language. I even mentioned therein that you spoke English much better than TOR did. :-) In any event, I did not want to leave any base of defense against TOR uncovered, because he has been launching verbal attacks from every angle against you despite that he has no condemning evidence against you of any actual crime.
Nevertheless, it is a good thing that English is your first language, because I know that it would be much more stressful to deal with TOR if English were your second language. Then again, he is stressful to deal with in any language whether it be one's first or second language, although I seriously doubt that he speaks any other language than English. He doesn't come across to me as being intelligent enough to learn a second language. He doesn't appear to have that bilingual mindset to expand his knowledge beyond his own language. Anyhow, I was glad that I could be of help to you, and I'm glad that you liked my article.
Do read Part 1 of my article, because there is a substantial amount of information therein about your situation with TOR despite that most of such information is in Part 2 and Part 3 of it. In Part 1 of my article, I describe some of the characteristics that make individuals like TOR extremely dangerous to others and why we all should be on our guards at all times with fanatics like him.
