Hi Steemian and Vapers, welcome back to my blog today will talk about italian laws and taxes about vape!
Today guys i would like to create a discussion about the laws about vaping on our country, so i'll start speaking about Italy!
I think guys that the only normal law that we have here about vaping is the one that's about using vape in public, you can use it almost everywhere except inside airport, pubblic transport and hospitals.
So why? Why are years that the government is fighting against tobacco even forcing to write the warnings on the cigarettes packages and also forcing the F1 cars to stop promoting Tobaccos Company. 90% of the lung cancers are caused from smoking cigs, cigarettes destroy your life slowly and limit your athletic capacity and they also produce more debts in the country than how they make him earns.
And now that we have the opportunity to help people we got a monopoly on e-liquids with the same taxes of the tobaccos, and also in 2018 they forced down all the e-liquids online shops creating a lot fo problem to a lot of peoples! Just think that we have 40 cent of taxes per ml, so a liquid base with or without nicotine will cost 400 euros. And now in italy we can legally buy online only flavours and ShakeNvape liquids. And if you think that you can buy nicotine or e-liquids outside of Italy is illegal and you will be a criminal accused for smuggling :D.
That's it if you want to know something else just ask.
Write in the comment if you are lucky or not and how your contry's laws about vaping are!

I thought the main legal framework in Italy would have been related to the TPD. The main implication here in the UK since the implentation of the TPD is restrictions on the supply of nicotine, but the short-fill market has exploded and actually driven down the cost of eliquids (on the whole).
Short-fills sit outside of the scope of the TPD, which is why that sector of the industry has boomed here in the last year or two.
Are you saying that short-fills have been heavily taxed there?
Everything my friend, even if you want to buy a 10 ml of liquid you will pay atleast 4 euros on taxes + vat
Time to mix your own juice then!
Flavour Art is an Italian company and they make great concentrates :)
i'm already doing it :D, i was looking to create a weekly date where i create some special liquids!
