Los lideres deben entender que su categoría no es por ser el mas fuerte, sino que es el que puede manejar mejor las ideas de todos, organiza, entiende y ejecuta. No es el que mas poder tiene, es el que visualiza todo (lo bueno y lo malo) como conocimiento y de esa manera siempre mejora. El líder posee la actitud de amigo, compañero y guía. Y por supuesto, es una persona humilde que cada día debe poner en practica el arte de escuchar.
Leaders must understand that their category is not because they are the strongest, but because they can best handle everyone's ideas, organize, understand and execute.
