Being a leader is being able to know what your chances as a leader are and being able to be in the shoes of your teammates.
Right friend, empathy, knowing our reach and limitations very well, finding the strengths of the group and each member in particular, this will make our path to success more effective.
However, I can measure the performance of the payroll team on a monthly basis, since the margin of error is always zero, this means that we are doing our job well in spite of all the difficulties with which we do it.
Congratulations to you and your group, they do a great job, it is not easy to be able to lead a group and do successful tasks always, besides maintaining that consistency requires a great effort, it also implies a huge responsibility.
