I kinda agree with you @aggroed. A good leader is also a good follower and a good listener. Delegation is much important to those people under you most specially those that have the skills and expertise on a certain task. Communication, support and coordination is also vital in achieving success. When everything was done according to plan, this is where the incentives, gifts and rewards come in gratitude to all involved for their achievements anf contributions for a job well done.
